Friday Evening Shabbat Services
Shabbat has become a way we close our busy week, take a deep breath, and recenter. Our congregation's tradition is to have the Bar Mitzvah family light the candles and say the blessings - so we'll be there! Optional for our guests.

Community Game Night
This happens to be the one Friday night of the month that NVHC hosts a Family Game Night! Participants of all ages can join whatever table is featuring a board game you'd like to try.

Jack's Bar Mitzvah Service
Join us as Jack helps to lead part of Saturday Shabbat services - chanting a section of the weekly Torah and Haftarah (Prophetic text) and blessings, talking about his mitzvah work, and presenting his personal take on his Torah portion (called a D’var Torah). Services are following by a light luncheon spread.

Teen Sleepover
Sorry grown-ups - this is for "the boys." We cordially invite Jack's school friends back to our place for a sleepover on Birdfoot Court.
